Yoga Teacher: Originally from New England, Ms. Keri Brooks, M.Ed., CDI, is a 4th generation Florida transplant. She is a RYT 500-hour certified Hatha Yoga Teacher. After practicing yoga for 20+ years on and off, it was not until Keri began attending daily classes due to a high-stress job running an interpreting agency, Yoga finally “clicked” for her. Now she is excited to establish an online studio, Deaf Soul Yoga, for the sign language community, especially for Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, DeafBlind, and DeafDisabled community members. Keri believes that Yoga is not only a lifestyle but also a life-long spiritual journey towards enlightenment and one that should be accessible for all. She enjoys living the Salt Life in Palm Harbor with her partner Sam and their four children.
Professional Life Coach: Mr. Ernest Willman believes in people. Life Coaching is a component of the life transformation into who you want to be with a strong mindset. As a professional life coach, Ernest believes in spiritual and transformational coaching. Recently, he earned his Life Coach certification from the accredited Deaf-Owned Life Coaching school – Crossroad Solutions Coach. It was a humbling experience and a honor for him to serve as a life coach with multiple coachees with over 60 hours of coaching experience. Ernest continues working in progress to earn the International Coaching Federation’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC). He believes we all have an opportunity to elevate our souls by tapping more deeply into who we really are. The most important part of the mind-body-soul connection – our true health – comes down to the soul.
